TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GRANTING A LICENSE TO USE OR REDISTRIBUTE FREE SOFTWARE
FROM IMAGING ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL.

Using or redistributing Free Software from Imaging Associates International
("The Freeware") constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of this
license agreement. This license agreement may be modified by Imaging Associates
International at any time, without warning and without notification.

DEFINITIONS

"The Freeware" refers to software supplied free of charge, "as is" 
by Imaging Associates International in compiled object form only.

RIGHT TO USE

After accepting the terms of this agreement, you will be granted a non-exclusive 
license to use "The Freeware" in any legal way, for purposes that are commercial 
or otherwise, with the following restriction:

1) You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer "The Freeware".

RIGHT TO REDISTRIBUTE

After accepting the terms of this agreement, you will be granted a non-exclusive 
license to redistribute an unlimited number of copies of "The Freeware" in any 
legal way, for purposes that are commercial or otherwise, with the following 
restrictions:

1) You may not rename rebrand or alter "The Freeware" in any way.
Any and all copies of "The Freeware" that you redistribute must be bit-for-bit
identical copies of the file originally downloaded from www.imagingassociates.com.au,
including the copy of this license agreement that is built into "The Freeware".

2) If you allow copies of "The Freeware" to be downloaded directly from a
website under your control, you must include a valid hyperlink to
http://www.imagingassociates.com.au/ that is clearly visible on the same webpage
as the hyperlink to the copy of "The Freeware" stored locally on your website.

3) If you include "The Freeware" in a printed magazine cover disk (CDROM, DVD, ...) 
and "The Freeware" is described in the magazine or in documentation on the cover disk,
then the printed description and/or documentation on the disk must contain a statement
that Imaging Associates International is the author of "The Freeware" and that
Imaging Associates International's website is www.imagingassociates.com.au.

NO WARRANTY

"The Freeware" is licensed free of charge, "as is", and comes with no warranty
of any kind, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

NO LIABILITY

Imaging Associates International assumes absolutely no liability for losses or damages 
resulting from the use or misuse of "The Freeware". By choosing to use "The Freeware", 
you assume the entire risk for any damage or loss resulting from its use or misuse.
