Help Using this Website

You will find the search button shown to the left, near the top of the right-hand column on each page. For information about searching this website, click the search button.

On the right hand side of the row, the icons for bookmarking, printing, and emailing the current page and asking questions by email also appear.

Bookmark: Bookmark the current page in your web-browser.

Print: Print the current page. On some operating systems, you may be able to print to or "Save As" a PDF document.

Email: Send an email with a link to the current page to a friend of colleague. When you click the link, you will go to a webpage where you can enter your friends email a address and an optional message to them.

We use PayPal as our payments processor. You pay PayPal, then PayPal pays us. We pay PayPal a transaction fee, but you never pay any fees to PayPal. Because PayPal accepts the payment on our behalf, you can buy with confidence, because we NEVER know your sensitive financial details such as credit card and bank account numbers. And because you login to your PayPal account through a secure connection to PayPal's website, we, of course, never know your PayPal password.

You can make payments to us using PayPal in the follwing ways:

Using An Existing PayPal Account: When you click a "Buy Now" or "Add To Cart" Button on one of our pages, you will be transfered to PayPal's website to complete the transaction. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can login with your PayPal email address and password.

By Signing Up for A New PayPal Account: When you click a "Buy Now" or "Add To Cart" Button on one of our pages, you will be transfered to PayPal's website to complete the transaction. If you do not have an existing PayPal account, you can create a new PayPal account during the transaction completion process.

Using PayPal as Payment Processor Without an Account: When you click a "Buy Now" or "Add To Cart" Button on one of our pages, you will be transfered to PayPal's website to complete the transaction. If you do not have an existing PayPal account, and you do not want to create one, you can submit your credit card details to PayPal who will act as a one-off payment processor. (Imaging Associates will never know your credit card number).

Secure Delivery of Your Purchased Digital Goods

Note that we may use a third party to handle to delivery of our digital goods (such as ebooks or software) to you. We currently use PayLoadz. Rest assured that, like Imaging Associates, third party order completion providers like PayLoadz, NEVER know your sensitive financial information such as credit card details. PayPal handles the transaction and notifies Imaging Associates or a third-party order completion provider that your transction has been approved and that your order should be shipped. Near the top of the right-hand column on every page, you will find the box that appears to the left of this paragraph. It contains icons with links to the the page where you can sign up for news updates about our latest products, including free software, free ebooks, free test patterns, free online tutorials and tips and more. On the subscription page, you can sign up in 2 ways, as follows:

By Email Alert: Enter your email address in the labelled box and click the subscribe button.

By Feed Reader: Copy the url of the feed into your desktop or online feed reader following the instructions in your feed reader. For more information about web feeds use a search engine to search for "what are web feeds". To get a free feed reader, use a search engine for "free feed reader". If you do not know how to use a Feed Reader, you can get the same information by signing up for the Email Alert (as described above).

You can also sign up to our News Updates on popular line Feed Readers using the "chicklets" listed vertically towards the bottom of the right-hand column.
